PAST DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS


Some of the projects that we were involved in over the past years are:

   COMMUNITY SPONSOR FOR RESTORED HOMES: From 2012 to 2014, we acted as the Community Sponsor and successfully marketed and sold six properties belonging to Restored Homes, another not-for-profit organization.


   YORK COMMONS: In 2008, we marketed and sold 10 units for The Partnership and Job Development Corporation.


   JAMAICA MANOR-PHASE II: In 1998, we served as the Community Sponsor for a 58-unit development comprising of two-family homes.Under this project, our partners were Jobe Development Corporation, the Queens Borough President and HPD. Under this project, our partners were Jobe Development Corporation, the Queens Borough President and HPD.


   LAKEWOOD GARDENS: In 1996, we served as the Community Sponsor for a 34-unit development comprising of one and two-family units. Our partners were Randy Lee Developers, the Queens Borough President's office and HPD.


   JAMAICA MANOR - PHASE I: In 1994, we served as the Community Sponsor for a 129-unit development comprising of two-family houses and condominiums. Our partners were Randy Lee Developers, the Queens Borough President's office and HPD.


   PARTNERSHIP WITH THE CITY OF NEW YORK & ENTERPRISE: In1992 we partnered with the City of New York, Enterprise Foundation and a local minority developer, to renovate and successfully sell 19 city-owned properties to low-and middle-income residents.
